Finally, we have been able to share the epic Thorn Moons Crusade from its beginning to the final massive battle on the moon of Gheal…

… AND HOLY SWEET EMPEROR!

This was the most epic undertaking we have ever created. Not only was the battle of Gheal massive in itself, spanning two tables linked vertically and filled to the brim with amazing models. The entire Thorn Moons Crusade was mind boggling, right from its conception as a narrative based continuation of the INQ28 Pilgrym game we played in Nottingham in 2016 to the final 40K battle we played in California in 2018.

We have enjoyed sharing the Thorn Moons Crusade with you.

We are also full of gratitude for all the great comments and Thorn Moons Regiments you sent in when we built up the campaign. The Invitational saw some truly stunning explorations of the countless souls who took part in the crusade. Thank you!

This summer Iron Sleet will participate in the Mordheim 2019 campaign orchestrated by Echoes of Imperium. Some of us will be attending the weekend of games in person and some of us will be sending ‘stuff’ to be used in the campaign.

As we are suckers for collective projects Iron Sleet will also be bringing a very special gaming table – Sleetheim – built by our very own terrain guru Kari!
