The fathers of dark technologies, Iron Priests of the Sky Warriors, Servants of the Gods of Iron, legendary figures said to reside within the volcanic islands adrift in the Boiling Sea. Fenrys legend say that these gods have molten metal that runs through their veins, that fire dances at their command and that they in turn worship at the altar of the brazen god of technology.
None other of the Iron Priests is as infamous and feared by his brothers as the recluse, Eggeji År, called “Uhldu”: the Guardian of the Revered and the Fallen, and Maker of cyber.
Weird, creepy, and excellent!

I love these, Migs – one of the greatest strengths of this entire project for me has been these contextualising, supporting miniatures.

Thanks, Absolutely agree. There are no Marine armies for me without the “human” context anymore.

No question here! Mr. Skullface Gunhead is absolutely the standout miniature of the bunch.
Simple yet utterly 40k in imagery and still as original as they come!
One of the miniatures I very much expect to see live one day.

I feel Mr Skullface Gunhead is gonna stick.
Great stuff Migs, I’d love to see few more angles on Eggeji År.

I’ve spent most of an hour delving into this beautiful blog, and your depth of attention to the corners and gloomy depths of this setting. These skull-faced helpers – they have emerged straight from the foreign corridors, rock on steel, of the Yett, after waking up with a new eye and a sense of utter terror. An utterly perfect capturing of the atmosphere of Abnett’s Prospero-esque magic and calibanite horror.
