To be honest, I wasn’t convinced with your first couple of WIP photos, but it’s really come together in the end. The viscera and gore is particularly effective. Looks like you just stuffed real offal in there. It’s like a bleeding tooth fungus, or a brain mushroom. The more I look at it the more uncomfortable I get. Makes me want to go wash. Great work! Love this, especially the speckled skin. The guts are truly horrific! Also, we had similar ideas with the checker patterns! https://wiltingmoon.wordpress.com/2018/02/11/praise-the-rainfather/ LikeLiked by 1 person Reply Thanks! Really inspiring. `10/10 LikeLiked by 1 person Reply Cheers! I always try to ad these alternative angles in my photos👌🏻 LikeLiked by 1 person Reply Oh man, that is truly hideous! Means a lot to me🙏🏻 LikeLike Reply Disgusting! To be honest I don’t really like the model (or any Nurgle stuff really) but seeing your version; it seems like something that is actually real, compared to the cartoon version of the studio paintjob. Fantastic work! LikeLiked by 1 person Reply Cheers! Worked really hard on this one, so it feels really good to hear such a praising feedback LikeLiked by 1 person Reply It’s paid off for sure 😉 LikeLiked by 1 person Very realistic. I know that I’ll definitely be revisiting these photos when I get up to doing my own versions of this model. Kudos! LikeLiked by 2 people Reply Thank you. Very much! Feel free to get inspired! I only wish that the model had a different pose or something that could show more potential for the character and your skills. (very similar to the FW version, IMHO) The gore is particularly insane, thanks for sharing and being such an inspiration! This one truly shows your versatility in the miniature making. LikeLiked by 1 person Reply Thanks Kari! I still feel this was done pretty much in the same vein with the voodoo forest stuff. Next I want to work on something totally different, so no textures or mossy greens;) LikeLiked by 1 person Reply Leave a Reply to Mikko Cancel reply Enter your comment here...
